Iberica de Danza Company, created in 1993 by Manuel Segovia (National Award Dance to the Creation 2001 and Award Villa of Madrid to the Choreography 2004) & Violeta Ruiz and resident in the Las Rozas from Madrid municipality from 2001, is notable for the research, defense and recreation of extensive and rich Spanish heritage.
The new- folk, the Spanish stylized dance, the bolero school, the historical dance and the flamenco, it´s part of the different productions of the Company, which has offered more than 20 productions and tour in more than 40 countries, successfully of critique and public.
With the support of the Department of Culture (INAEM), in collaboration with The Community of Madrid, and supported also in his path, for The Spanish Agency of International Cooperation (AECID), The Town hall of Madrid, The Institute Cervantes, and The European Union, between other institutions, has received different prizes, represented to Spain in numerous occasions and informed in Festivals of international renown.
